This community will include residential and commercial space, surrounded by parks and trails. It is our intent to harbor a harmonious and vibrant neighborhood experience for all residents. 

 

We have prepared this packet to help familiarize yourself with your new community and to answer commonly asked questions you may have. The information we’ve provided in this book may be technical, but it is our goal to provide a better understanding of your responsibilities in the community, those of the board of directors, and our responsibility at CCMC as your community association management company.  We are here to help you understand the guidelines and goals we thrive for as a community.
