Scandia Clubhouse Pool Information and Rules

Required Forms:
All residents who pay "Scandia Clubhouse" assessments are required to sign a new Release of Liability Form each year. Please sign the waiver and follow the directions to receive your key fob, which will provide access during pool season.

*Please note that membership to the Scandia Clubhouse is deeded to your home's address; therefore, management is unable to grant access to a home that does not already pay clubhouse assessments.

Pool Hours:

May 22 - October

Daily from sunrise to sunset

Important Notes:
Guests outside of your household are prohibited.
Parties and large gatherings inside the gate at the pool amenity are prohibited.
No food or drink is permitted within ten (10) feet of the pool deck edge.
Glass containers, alcohol, bikes, scooters, and pets are strictly prohibited in the pool area.
Security cameras are active 24/7. Anyone caught trespassing after hours or causing damage may be held responsible for repairs and may lose pool access privileges.
Please follow all posted pool rules and regulations.
