Members

Homeowners become members of the Holbrook Farms Master Community Association when they purchase a home. Members are responsible for paying quarterly assessments to support community operations and reserve funds.

Management Services

CCMC is proud to provide management services to the Holbrook Farms Master Community Association.

Your community manager, operations coordinator, and resident services associate offices are at the Scandia Clubhouse. Additional community operations are supported by CCMC team members based out of the Scottsdale corporate office.
