HomeWiseDocs.
HomeWiseDocs simplifies the process of disclosing information for the sale or refinance of properties within our community. The HomeWiseDocs system is a streamlined process, affording added controls over the timely processing, delivery, and record retention required to meet state regulations.
- Master Association Assessment: $81/quarter (as of Jan. 1, 2026; assessments are subject to change)
- BSA (Benefited Service Area) Assessment fees may also apply
Resale Fees: Account Set-up fee (Resale and disclosure): $245.00 payable to CCMC
Initial Sales Fee: $500
Master Reinvestment Fee: $500.00
Reinvestment Fee for BSA
(choose Detached/ Single Family or Attached/ Townhome)
Detached Unit: .25% for any detached unit in a Benefitted Service Area
Attached Unit: .50% for any attached unit in a Benefitted Service Area
All payoff requests need to be submitted to HOMEWISEDOCS.COM
Please note that HOA managers do not provide resale or disclosure documents directly. All required documents, including resale certificates, governing documents, and other disclosures, must be obtained through
www.homewisedocs.com.
If this is related to a home resale, your realtor or title company must submit a request through HomewiseDocs.com for all payoff and disclosure documentation. Once submitted, our corporate resale team will process the request.
Since this documentation is required at closing, the agent should request the package, which will include all necessary materials.
